The Role
As a Senior Backend Developer at Made2Flow, you will work directly with the Tech Lead and shape the technology strategy of Made2Flow to tackle complex challenges and pave the way to our long-term success.
We seek an experienced team member who successfully delivered reliable and scalable products, preferably in SaaS businesses.
Your Responsibilities
- Implement scalable and cloud-native solutions.
- Collaborate with your team to design and develop elegant solutions to complex business problems.
- Maintenance support, refactoring, debugging & improvement of existing code.
- Implement and maintain reliable, scalable, robust, and extensible data systems that support core products and business.
- Help define the technical direction of your team.
- Create robust, maintainable code using automated tests in development processes.
- Ensure code quality by applying architecture & design principles.
- Explore new technologies, analyze and solve problems.
Requirements
- Proficient understanding and deep knowledge of architectural & infrastructure patterns and agile methodologies.
- Technical expertise in software development, software architecture, quality assurance, cloud infrastructure, and automated deployments.
- Experience with our tech stack: NodeJS, TypeScript, Nest.js, Prisma, React, Redux, PostgreSQL, and Kubernetes on AWS. Python may be added to the stack in the short/mid term.
- Expert knowledge of DevOps (CI/CD, Kubernetes, Helm) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Python is a big plus.
- Exceptional people and communication skills with a high degree of empathy.
- Strategic thinking, with the ability to set and achieve business goals based on measurable objectives.

LCA Expert (f/m/d)
Made2Flow is a cloud-based solution that is disrupting the fashion industry.
We are looking for a passionate and talented environmental sustainability individual to join our team. You will conduct and manage projects on a variety of challenging assignments related to environmental Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) modeling and reporting focusing on the fashion industry. You will work closely with our product owner and will be making key decisions about the future of our software and unique solution.
What you bring
- Scientific diploma or master's degree
- Knowledge and passion for sustainability, environmental systems, life cycle thinking, product sustainability, and/or climate change
- At least 2 years of professional experience in the operational area Knowledge of process modeling using life cycle assessment (LCA)
- Data analysis using SQL, R, Python or STATA is an advantage
- Self-motivated and organised; able to simultaneously work on multiple assignments and to work both independently as well as on teams
- Desire to help the fashion industry to become more sustainable
